There is pendency of more than 18,000 cases in the present court, therefore,
it is not possible to give shorter date in the cases and the present court is
working with only one Stenographer.

The bank witness has entered appearance and
submitted lates KYC documents available with the bank.
In terms of the record available with the bank, the
signatory of the cheque in question is Shikhar Khanna i.e. one of
the partners of the partnership firm as per the GST records and
partnership deed submitted by the bank official.
Statement of the bank witness recorded to this effect.
Diet money of Rs. 500/- paid by Ld. Counsel for complainant to
the bank witness. Bank official is discharged.
