Today, the undersigned is looking after the work of link JMFC.

Counsels for complainant.

accused persons.
Sh. Harsh Vardhan, Branch Manager, Karur Vysya
Bank is present.
Matter is listed for arguments/ compliance at the
stage of pre cognizance.
As per the previous ordersheet, the bank official was
directed to bring a certificate, latest KYC documents and
authority letter.
Ld. Counsel for complainant has submitted that the
certificate under the Banker’s book Evidence Act is not stamped.
Furthermore, the KYC documents are not latest and
belonged to the year when the account was opened.
The bank official has stated that he will check and
clarify on the NDOH, if there are KYC documents other than the
once he has submitted in court today and if they are available, he
is directed to bring physical set of the KYC documents on the
NDOH.
The bank official is directed to apprise the court as
to who is the signatory of the cheque in question i.e. cheque no.
000678 dated 15.04.2024 drawn in favour of the complainant for
a sum of Rs. 3,82,776/-, account no. 4118135000003434.
Statement of bank witness has also been recorded.
Now to come up for further arguments at the stage of
pre cognizance/ further proceedings on 08.08.2025 at 2pm.
Bank witness is bound down for the NDOH.
At request, copy of this order be given dasti to the
bank witness.
