Assistant Ahlmad has reported that summons were
not issued as PF was not filed.
Ld. Counsel for complainant seeks one more
opportunity to file the PF.
Let summons be issued against the accused in terms
of the previous order through all permissible modes including
electronic and dasti upon filing of PF within 01 year from today
returnable for 12.01.29.
Last and final opportunity is being given to file the
PF, failing which the complaint shall stand dismissed for non-
compliance and non-prosecution.
