Fresh vakalatnama alongwith board resolution filed on behalf of
accused. Taken on record.
Counsel for accuse dhas taken territorial objection on the ground
that returning memo bears the seal of Pritampura Address. Counsel
for the complainant submits that the complainant has the account at
Gol Market and he has submitted the cheque at Gol Market address
only and it is the clearing branch of the bank situated in Pitampura
but the NI Act case depends upon the bank of the complainant
where the cheque was presented. Therefore, this court has
territorial jurisdiction.
Counsel for the accused submits that she will file the application
within 30 days. She is directed to supply the advance copy to the
counsel for the accused in a month. Territorial objection will be
decided on NDOH.
