given on account of heavy pendency.
Present: Sh. Rishabh, Ld. Counsel for the complainant.
Matter is fixed for report on summons today.
No PF has been filed.
Ld. Counsel for the complainant requests for one last and final opportunity to
file the PF.
Perusal of record shows that the matter has been pending for filing of
PF since 05.02.2024. Despite multiple opportunities, the PF has not been filed till
date. The cost imposed on the last to last date of hearing also remains unpaid till
date.
In the light of the fact that the PF has not been filed since almost one
and half year, it appears that the complainant is no longer interested to pursue the
matter. This court does not deem it fit to grant any further opportunity.
Accordingly, the case is hereby dismissed for non-filing of PF.
Documents, if any, be returned after due verification.
File be consigned to record room.
