Report on previous summons not received back.
At request, let the order of this court dated 16.02.2024 be
complied afresh in the same terms, upon filing of PF within 15 days,
returnable for 28.03.2025. Let the PF receipt be produced before this
court on the NDOH.
In case of service by whatsapp, the screenshot of the
delivery of summons be sent on the official email ID of this court i.e.
mmniact04-nd@ddc.nic.in along with affidavit of the fact that the
mobile number belongs to the accused alongwith a prima facie proof
that the mobile number belongs to the accused. Certificate u/s 65B of
the Evidence Act be also sent alongwith.
In case of service through e-mail, certificate u/s 65B of
the Evidence Act and print out of the dispatched e-mail be also sent on
the above said official email ID.
In case the accused refuses to accept the summons or
intentionally evades the same, let the accused be served by way of
affixation.
Internet generated tracking report alongwith postal
receipt be also filed on record as a proof of service.
