Long date is given because this court has pendency of over 35000+
cases.
Present: Ms Parul, ld. counsel for the complainant.
Case received by way of transfer.
It is submitted by Ahlmad that the Ahlmad of the concerned court has
not submitted the complete file.
Therefore, party/concernedAhlmad of the transferer court is
directed to submit the complete file atleast 7 days before NDOH against receipt.
Ahlmad is directed to check the complete file, document,
ordersheet etc. while receiving the file of the transferer court.
One more opportunity is given to the complainant to comply with
the previous order subject to cost of Rs.1681/- to be deposited in NDBA
Member Welfare Fund and receipt be filed alongwith PF.
Dasti summons be issued against the accused on filing of PF/RC
within 30 days for NDOH for the purpose of speed post/self delivery to the
accused.
Complainant is directed to file Tracking Report on NDOH.
Time to follow strictly.
In case the summons are not delivered, complainant is also given
an opportunity to file fresh address of accused alongwith affidavit of physical
verification alongwith Google location of verification and photographs of the
house.
