possible to give shorter date in the cases.

Matter is listed for report on notice to bank official
specifying the reason of dishonour of cheque.
Perusal of the record reveals that originals of the
cheque in question and bank return memo are not on the judicial
record.
The bank official has entered appearance alongwith
the requisite documents.
Statement of the bank official recorded.
Bank official is discharged. Diet money of Rs. 300/-
paid to the witness.
Let fresh summons be issued to Bank Manager,
Punjab National Bank, Raipur to enter appearance and clarify the
reason of dishonour of cheque no. 166363 a/c No.
01881132000262 through all permissible modes including
electronic and dasti, on filing of PF within 2 weeks from today.
Ld. Counsel for complainant is directed to furnish
the originals for further consideration on summoning.
Now to come up for appearance of bank official/
compliance on 14.07.2026.
