Sh. Ashish, Ld. counsel for the accused through VC.
Ld. Counsel for the complainant has filed an application for substitution of
AR along with power of attorney and fresh evidence by way of affidavit today. Taken on
record.
By way of present application, Ms. Yogeeta Koul is sought to be substituted
as AR in place of previous AR. The application is accompanied with the power of attorney in
favour of proposed AR. The present application is allowed and Ms. Yogeeta Koul is substituted
as AR in place of previous AR. Previous AR stands discharged.
Ld. counsel for accused submits that the present matter is covered by the stay
order dated 15.07.2024 of Hon’ble Supreme Court of India in Himanshu vs Union of India.
Ld. Counsel for the accused is directed to clarify on the NDOH, if there is any
stay order pertaining to the present matter or if any IA has been filed by him in the pending
matter before the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India.
