Today, the undersigned is working as Duty JMFC.
Fresh complaint case received by way of assignment. It be
checked and registered as per rules.
Present : Sh Rinku Mathur and Ms Archana, Ld. Counsel for
the complainant.
Perusal of tracking report of legal demand notice
filed on behalf of the complainant shows that the legal demand
notice was returned on 05.04.25 with the report 'deceased'.
In view of the same, issue court notice (Without PF)
to the SHO concerned to verify the factum of the death of the
proposed accused and file a report in this regard on the NDOH.
SHO concerned is also directed to ensure that the statement of
atleast 2 witnesses are recorded and copy of the death certificate,
if available is also filed with the said report.
Additionally, the complainant is also directed to take
necessary steps to verify the same and apprise the court on the
NDOH.
Put up for further proceedings on 29.08.2025.
Complainant is also directed to file GST certificate
of the drawer proprietorship concern.
