This court has a pendency of more than 15000 cases. Shorter dates are not
given on account of heavy pendency.
Present: Sh. Kumar Chitranshu, Ld. Counsel for complainant
Summons were ordered to be issued against the accused on the
LDOH. However, the Ahlmad of this Court informs that the PF had not been
filed by the complainant.
Ld. Counsel for the complainant seeks one more opportunity to
file the PF. The same is allowed.
In view of the same, let fresh summons be issued to the accused
through all modes on filing of PF/RC/Speed Post within 15 days with
directions to the process server to serve the accused person through affixation
in case of non-availability, refusal or if the premise was found locked.
Let summons be also issued upon accused through whatsapp and
email as well and the affidavit of service be filed by the complainant before
the NDOH.
Complainant is directed to file the internet tracking report qua the
said summons on or before the NDOH.
The Ahlmad is directed to make mention of the e-mail ID of this
Court on the summons with a direction that the report qua the service of the
summons be sent on the said e-mail ID alternatively or in addition to the
physical report.
Put up for report/appearance of accused on 30.10.2025.
