Present: Ms. Shruti Singhal, Ld. APP for the State.
Sh. Sumit Pallav, and Sh. BK Mishra, Ld. Counsel for all accused.
Accused Pooja and Simmi are produced from JC.
Accused Sahana and Muskan are present.
Bonds u/s 91 BNSS has been furnished by accused Muskan and Sahana.
Same is considered and accepted.
At this stage, Ld. counsel for accused persons has submitted that the charge-
sheet already supplied to the accused persons is complete in all respect. No other
document is required by the accused as per the content of charge-sheet. Ld counsel has
submitted that no application u/s 230 BNSS has to be filed.
Heard. Perused. Considered.
Perusal of record reveals that the present chargesheet has been filed
interalia u/s 110 BNS which is exclusively triable by the court of Sessions.
Accordingly, I deem it appropriate to commit the file to the Court of
Sessions for the purpose of trial.
Let the file be placed before Ld. Principal District & Sessions Judge, Patiala
House Court on 15.10.2026 at 02:30 PM for perusal and necessary directions.
Ahlmad concerned is directed to send the file complete in all respect to the
Ld. Principal District & Sessions Judge, Patiala House Court.
Accused be produced again on 15.10.2026 at 02:30 PM before Ld. Principal
District & Sessions Judge, Patiala House Court.
