There is pendency of more than 11,000 cases in the present court,
therefore, it is not possible to give shorter date in the cases.
Present: Sh.Gaurav Kajla, Ld. Counsel for Complainant

Report of NBWs received back. Report perused. It
has been submitted on behalf of the complainant that the accused
has either absconded or is concealing himself from appearing
before this Court and service of processes upon him.
On the basis of report and submissions made, this
Court is of the view that the accused has either absconded or is
concealing himself from appearing before this Court and service
of processes upon him.
In view of the overall facts and circumstances of this
case, now issue process u/s. 82 CrPC against the accused (on
filing of PF within 7 days from today) through SHO concerned,
returnable on 25.09.2024.
Process server is directed to publicly read the
proclamation in the vicinity in which the accused ordinarily
resides, one copy of the process be also affixed to some
conspicuous part of the house or to some conspicuous place of
such town or village where the residence of the accused is
located and one copy of the process be also affixed on the Notice
Board of the Court/conspicuous part of the Court premises.
