The undersigned is looking after the work of the
court of Ld CJM on account of the promotion of the PO.
Present: Shri Mohd Ikrar, Ld Chief SPP for the department.
Accused no 1 in person along with counsel Shri
Ajay Yadav.
Accused no 2 and 3 absent. (Exemption application
is moved)
Accused no. 4 (represented by accused no. 2) is a
company.
Accused No. 5 in person along with counsel Shri
Manish Kumar.
Shri Aamir Chaudhary, counsel for accused no. 2, 3
and 4.
For the reasons mentioned in the application,
accused no. 2 and 3 are exempted from personal appearance for
today.
Since the offence is bailable in nature, accused no. 1
and 5 are admitted to bail in the sum of Rs.10,000/- with one
Surety in like amount. Personal Bonds furnished and accepted on
behalf of accused no. 1 till the next date of hearing as the surety
is not available. Further, bail bonds furnished and accepted on
behalf of the accused no. 5.
Notice be issued to the FSO to remain present on the
next date of hearing and supply the copy of the complaint to the

accused persons.
Be put up for appearance of remaining accused
persons, furnishing of regular bail on their behalf, furnishing of
surety bonds on behalf of the accused no 1 and for further
proceedings on 28.03.2025.
