Counsel for the accused submits that accused has handed over a DD
no. 883524 of Rs. 4 lacs of Canara Bank to the counsel for the
complainant present in the court today and Rs 1 lacs in cash is being
handed over to the ld. counsel for the complainant in the
denomination of Rs.500/-.
It is submitted by cousnel for the accused that there are total 4
matters between the parties that is 49523/2025, 20151/2026,
25698/2026 and 115324/2025.
Accused has handed over of Rs. 12,50,000/- till date that is the
payment of 2 cases have been handed over to the ld. counsel for the
complainant/complainant.
Counsel for the complainant submits that he will withdraw the
matter CC No. 115324/2025 on NDOH which is pending on
28.08.2026 before Ms. Vanshika Mehta, Ld. JMFC NI
Act/PHC/NDD and remaining 3 caes will be withrawan after
receiving the complete balanced amount of Rs. 12,50,000/-.
Counsel for the accused submits that he will hand over
Rs.3,25,000/- within two months.
