cases.
Present: Sh. Sagar and Ms. Anshika, Ld. Proxy Counsel for complainant
Complainant in person.
Sh. Girish Kumar Sharma, ld. counsel for accused.
Accused absent.
Matter is at the stage of CE.
Application u/s 145(2) NI Act is not filed, however, 30 days time is
not completed.
Oral prayer for exemption from personal appearance has been
moved on behalf of accused. In view of the submissions made by
counsel for the accused, the same is rejected.
Counsel for accused submits that accused has made the payment the
of Rs. 5,25,000/- to the complainant and seeks one more
opportunity to pay the amoutn, same is objected by the counsel
for the complainant on the ground that it is only delay tactics and
accused is trying to evade from the trial and from the court and
that is why he did not appear today.
Counsel for accused submits that due to technical reason accused
could not join but he assured that he will try to make the payment
form the accused before NDOH and he will try to make the
physicaly appearance of the accused on NDOH.
Let NBWs be issued against accused on filing of PF within 07
working days, through DCP concerned returnable for NDOH
Put up for CE on 30.05.2026.
