There is pendency of more than 13,000 cases in the present court,
therefore, it is not possible to give shorter date in the cases and
the present court is working with only one Stenographer.
Stenographer of the court is directed to upload the digitally
signed order sheet as per rules.
Present: Sh.Mohit Kumar Samania, Ld. Counsel for
Complainant along with complainant.
Ms. Nitika, Ld. Counsel for accused (through VC).
Accused in person.
Notice u/s. 251 CrPC explaining the substance of the
accusation has been served upon the accused today to which he
has pleaded not guilty and has claimed trial.
Statement of accused u/s. 294 CrPC has also been
recorded. In view of the statement of the accused, ld. Counsel for
complainant has submitted that he does not wish to examine
witnesses at serial no. 2 & 3, being formal witnesses. In view of
the statement of accused u/s. 294 CrPC and the submissions of
counsel for the complainant, witnesses at serial no. 2 & 3 are
hereby dropped from the list of witnesses furnished on behalf of
the complainant.
Put up for filing application u/s. 145(2) NI Act on
04.03.2025.
