There is pendency of more than 11,000 cases in the present court,
therefore, it is not possible to give shorter date in the cases.
Present: Sh. Mohit Kumar, Ld. Counsel for Complainant
along with complainant.
Sh. Sahil Vij, Ld. Counsel for accused.
Ld. Counsel for the accused that accused is not
feeling well. Copy of the complaint supplied to the Ld. Counsel
for the accused.
On oral exemption from personal appearance has
been moved on behalf of the accused. Submissions heard. Taking
a lenient view in the present matter and in view of the
submissions made, the present application is allowed for today
only, with a direction to the accused to remain present on the
NDOH.
Both parties have jointly submitted that they wish to
explore the possibility of settlement in the present matter.
Accordingly, with joint consensus, the present matter is referred
to Mediation Cell for 20.07.2024 at 03:00 P.M.
Both parties are directed to remain present during
the proceedings before the Mediation Cell and in case the matter
is received back as unsettled from mediation cell due to the non-
appearance of the parties, then serious view will be taken.
Put up for report of mediation, alternatively for
further proceedings in the present matter on 02.08.2024.
