the counsel for the accused.

Counsel for the accused submit that the previous order not complied by the
complainant within the time as the copy was supplied only 16 days ago through whatsapp
and it has around 442 pages and without the pagination in different pdf.
Accordingly complainant is directed to provide the physical copy of the same to
the counsel for the accused, however no cost is imposed.
It is clarified that this last and final opportunity to lead/cross CE else right will
be closed.
Both the parties are directed to appear in person on NDOH physically for
effective hearing.
