Ld. Counsel for the accused has placed on record vakalatnama

Considering the overall facts and circumstances of the case,
since the offence u/s 138 of NI Act is bailable in nature, accused is admitted
to court bail on furnishing his personal bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/ with
one surety of like amount. Personal bonds furnished and accepted till
NDOH. Surety bond be furnished by NDOH.
Put up for furnishing of surety bond/framing of notice on
