of heavy pendency.
Present: Ms. Ananya Verma, Ld. Counsel for complainant.
Bailable warrants issued against the accused no.2 vide previous order
received back with the report that wife of the accused was found at the address who stated
that the accused had gone to Jaipur for his treatment. The accused no.2 was also contacted
on his phone number wherein he was informed of the proceedings and the date of the
Court.
Bailable warrants issued against the accused no.3 vide previous order
received back with the report that the premises were found locked but accused no.3 was
contacted on his phone number wherein he stated that he had gone out of Rajasthan for
company work and will appear before the Court on the date fixed.
Bailable warrants issued against the accused no.4 vide previous order
received back with the report that the premises were found locked but accused no. 4 was
contacted on his phone number wherein he stated that he had gone out of Jaipur and that he
is already aware of the proceedings of the Court.
It appears that the accused persons have sufficient notice of the proceedings.
Be awaited for the appearance of the accused persons.

Despite repeated calls, none has appeared on behalf of accused persons.
It appears that the accused persons are willfully evading the proceedings of
this Court.
Accordingly, issue NBWs against the accused no.2, 3 and 4 to be executed
through SHO concerned, on filing of PF within 30 days from today.
Put up for report of NBWs/appearance of accused persons on 27.02.2027.
