been filed with delay. He has moved an application seeking
condonation of delay in filing the present complaint.
Issue notice to the proposed accused on the application
for condonation of delay along-with the copy of complaint and
application of condonation of delay on filing of PF within 60 days.
Ahlmad is directed to mention in the Court notice that in case the
proposed accused fails to appear on date given in the Court notice
then the Court will be at liberty to decide the application of
condonation of delay in the absence of proposed accused.
Notice be also sent through all permitted modes
including dasti for NDOH.
Put up for further proceedings on 08.06.2027.
