Kartik Bhagat, ld. counsel for accused. Accused absent, Matter is at the stage of appearance of accused. Ld. counsel for the complainant submits that accused has not made the payment, counsel for accused has objected to the same by stating that they had made entire payment and nothing remaining. The court categorically asked the accused about payment of Rs.6 lacs mentioned in last order sheet, counsel for accused submits that the had made the payment of Rs.5,89,000/- which was the balance amount and not the payment amount of Rs. 6 lacs. Counsel for complainant submits that the Rs.52,000/- is still the balance amount ot be paid by the accused. On LDOH, accused was directed to appear physically, however, he has sought passover till 11.30 AM. Allowed else coercive steps shall be taken against the accused. Counsel for accused is asked about the Dayawati judgment to which he submits that he do not know the law. Let NBWs be issued against accused on filing of PF within 30 working days, through DCP concerned returnable for NDOH Failure to file the PF will lead to dismissal of the case. Put up for 28.01.2027.
