Sh. Narendra Babu, Ld. Counsel for accused alongwith accused.
Ld. Counsel for accused submits that he will file the vakalatnama on
behalf of the accused during the course of the day. Same be so checked and verified.
Offence being bailable in nature accused is admitted to Court bail,
subject to furnishing bail bond/ surety bond in sum of Rs.50,000/- with one surety of
like amount. It is submitted that no sound surety is available today. Personal bonds
along with proper bonds be furnished on the NDOH.
Ld. Counsel for accused submits that he has not received the copy of the
complaint along with other supporting documents.

Put up for consideration on personal bonds/ furnishing of surety
bonds/framing of notice on 03.07.2024.
