In the interest of justice, one last and final opportunity is granted to the
accused to cross-examine the complainant witness, failing which the right of accused
to cross-examine shall be closed.
Accordingly, put up for CE on 10.03.2026 at 11:30 AM.
Both the parties are directed to be physically present on the NDOH for
recording of evidence. Failure to comply with the same will lead to adverse action
against the defaulting party.
No further adjournment shall be granted.
