Ld. Counsel for accused seeks an adjournment stating that he has to
appear before another Court.
Ld. Counsel for the complainant submits that no advance intimation has
been given to them regarding the adjournment being sought and the AR has appeared
before the Court for the purpose of CE.
Heard.
In the interest of justice, one last and final opportunity is granted to the
accused to cross-examine the complainant subject to cost of Rs.1,000/- to be paid to
the complainant for the inconvenience caused.
Put up for CE on 18.12.2025 at 11:30 AM.
Both the parties are directed to be physically present on the NDOH for
recording of evidence. Failure to comply with the same will lead to adverse action
against the defaulting party.
Date is given at the convenience of both the parties. No further
adjournment shall be granted.
