Sh. Sarthak Katyal, Ld. Counsel for accused no. 3 along with accused
no. 3.
None for accused no. 1, 2 and 4.
Offence being bailable in nature accused no. 3 is admitted to Court bail,
subject to furnishing bail bond/ surety bond in sum of Rs.10,000- with one surety of
like amount. It is submitted that no sound surety is available today. Personal bonds
along with proper bonds be furnished on the NDOH.
Ld. Counsel for accused no. 3 submits that he has not received the copy
of the complaint along with other supporting documents.
Same be supplied to the counsel of the accused on the email id/Mobile
No. provided in the chat box.

Despite repeated calls none appeared on behalf of the accused no. 1, 2
and 4 . It appears that accused is deliberately/intentionally not appearing before this
court.
Accordingly, issue fresh summons against the accused no. 1, 2 and 4
in terms of last Order, on filing of PF/RC for the NDOH.

The complainant is at liberty to get the service of the summons done at
his end also through all permissible modes.
Put up for appearance of accused/framing of notice/further orders on
04.08.2023.
