Perusal of the record reveals that the matter was
registered on 29.04.25. Directions were given by ld. Predecessor
court to deposit the physical file. Matter was subsequently listed
on 7.07.25.
Inadvertently that day a parcha was issued. Parcha
cannot be issued unless the physical file is deposited by the
complainant.
The complainant is directed to deposit the physical
file.
Now to come up for compliance on 14.09.26.
