Ld. counsel for the complainant submits that the copy of complaint has been
supplied to accused .
Matter has been called twice. However, no one has appeared on behalf of the
accused.
It is to be noted that the accused had appeared on the LDOH only after the issuance
of process U/s 82 Cr.P.C against him which was cancelled subject to cost of Rs.2000/- to be
paid to the complainant . The same is not paid as yet.
Be awaited for appearance of the accused at 12.30 pm .
At 12.30 pm
Fresh NBW be issued upon filing of PF within 7 days and the same be now executed
through DCP concerned.
Copy of this ordersheet be sent to DCP concerned for necessary action.
Put up for report/appearance of accused and further proceedings on 23.08.2025.
PA is directed to do updation of the case and upload the order as per rules.
