This court has a pendency of more than 27000 cases. Shorter dates are not given on account
of heavy pendency.
Present: None.
Matter is fixed for appearance of complainant today.
Despite repeated calls, none has appeared on behalf of the complainant.
Perusal of record shows that summons were issued in the matter on
01.11.2023. However, PF has not been filed and none has appeared since the last two dates
of hearing on behalf of the complainant.
On the LDOH, one last and final opportunity was granted to the
complainant to appear and conduct prosecution but the complainant remains absent.
It appears that the complainant is no longer interested to pursue this matter.
In the light of the same, this court is of the opinion that keeping the matter
pending on the docket of this court will serve no purpose.
Accordingly, the case is hereby dismissed. Documents, if any, be returned
after due verification.
File be consigned to record room.
