The matter is at the stage of furnishing of surety bond and for
CE.
It is submitted by the Ld. Counsel for the accused that he has
been granted the NOC from the previous counsel recently and hence has
prayed for some time to submit before this court.
Per contra, Ld. Counsel for the complainant has vehemently
opposed the same on the ground of it being a delaying tactic.
Heard. Record perused.
In the interest of justice, one last and final opportunity is
granted to the Ld. Counsel for the accused to assist this court. He also has
to file this vakalatnama within one week from today. It is further clarified
that no further opportunity will be granted.
Further, the accused persons have to furnish the surety bond
on the NDOH without fail.
Put up on 01.05.2024 at 2:00 pm for further proceedings.
