Ld. Counsel for complainant has filed an application for
summoning of bank witness alongwith affidavit. Same is taken on
record. Copy supplied.
In view of the above, issue summons to the Bank
Manager/Record Clerk of Bank Manager/Record Clerk of Axis Bank
Ltd., at E-9, Naraina Vihar, New Delhi-110028 to bring certified
copies of account no. 912010057450231 for the period from
01.04.2018 till 30.04.2023 pertaining to the complainant Gurminder
Singh, on filing of PF within 10 days.
Bank Manager is directed to furnish the above mentioned
details / records on NDOH. The documents brought has to be
accompanied by an affidavit as per the Banker's Book Evidence Act.
Branch Manager or any person duly authorized by him
can appear along-with all the relevant records.
Diet money be paid by the complainant on the spot.

person / further proceedings.
At request, the date is now 15.02.2025.
The representative (present in the Court) of the
