There is pendency of more than 16,000 cases in the present court,
therefore, it is not possible to give shorter date in the cases and the
present court is working with only one Stenographer.
Stenographer of the court is directed to upload the digitally signed
order sheet as per rules.

Matter is listed on report of B/Ws.
Ld. Counsel for the complainant has submitted that the
accused is well aware of the matter.
However, the court cannot proceed with further coercive
measures until report on B/Ws is received whether executed or
unexecuted.
Ahlmad has reported that the present file is not traceable
and has sought time to trace the file. No proceedings could take place
today as the file is not placed before the undersigned.
It is to be observed there are a number of files which are
not traceable and despite the repeated directions of the court, Ahlmad
and Assistant Ahlmad are unable to trace out the files.
Let written explanation be sought from Ahlmad and
Asst. Ahlmad in this regard within one week from today.
Let fresh B/Ws be issued against the accused in the sum
of Rs. 10,000/- with one surety of like amount (on filing of PF within
7 days from today) through SHO concerned, returnable on
15.09.2025.
