There is pendency of more than 42,000 cases in the present court, therefore, it is not
possible to give shorter date in the cases.
Today, the undersigned is working as Duty JMFC.
Present : Ld. Counsel for complainant.
Matter is listed for report on summons.
Ld. Counsel for the complainanant submits that the
loan in instant case at hand has been sold off in light of asset re-
construction.
Board resolution of Kotak Mahindra Bank is annexed
along with the application to substitute the AR.
Ld. Counsel for complainant has moved an application
praying for substitution of AR on behalf of complainant with the
reason that the loan in the instant case at hand has been sold off in
light of Asset Re-construction to Kotak Mahindra Bank.
Let the case be renamed in the CIS as Kotak Mahindra
Bank Vs. MAHALAKSHMI G . Hence, in view of the submissions made
and documents annexed, this application for substitution is allowed
and in place of previous AR Sh. Amit M Dohra is allowed to be
substituted. Fresh PSE filed is considered.
Let summons be issued against the accused in terms of
the previous order through all permissible modes including electronic
and dasti upon filing of PF within 01 year from today returnable for
25.10.28.
Last and final opportunity is being given to file the PF,
failing which the complaint shall stand dismissed for non-compliance
and non-prosecution.
