mentioned as the counsel for the complainant on the LDOH. Steno is directed to be careful
in future.
It is the third consecutive date of hearing and no one has appeared on behalf of the
complainant. Let cost of Rs.5000/- be imposed on the complainant to be paid to the DLSA,
PHC, NDD. Receipt of the same be filed on the e-mail ID of the court.
Last and final opportunity is granted to the complainant to appear and pursue his
matter failing which the matter shall be dismissed on NDOH.
