Present: Complainant in person.
None for accused.
BWs received back with report ‘accused not found, however information of
the case given to his brother. Further, information of the case also given to accused through
telephone’.
Despite repeated calls, no one has appeared on behalf of the accused.
Ld. counsel submits that accused persons are deliberately avoiding the
process.
It is apparent that accused is intentionally evading the process of law.
NBWs be issued against the accused on filing of PF within 07 days from
today. Process be executed through SHO concerned.
At request, put for report/ appearance of accused on 03.12.2022.
PA is directed to do updation of the case and upload the order as per rules.

Present: Sh. Sudhish Sharma Ld. counsel for the accused along with accused.
At this stage, the accused has appeared.
It is stated that due to connectivity issue, the could not join in the morning.
Ld. counsel for the accused undertakes to file his vakalatnama and bail bonds
during the course of the day.
Accused is directed to file personal bonds and surety bonds in sum of
Rs.60,000/- each. Surety to appear on the NDOH.

Since the present offence is bailable in nature, the accused is admitted to bail
subject to furnishing of personal bonds.
Ld. counsel for the accused further submits that he has not received copy of
complaint and annexed documents.
Ld. counsel for the complainant is directed to do the needful within 15 days
time on the email ID of the opposite counsel i.e. sharma.legal@yahoo.com. And phone
number 7678323196.
In view of the changed circumstances, above order for issuance of NBW
stands cancelled.
Put up for compliance and further proceedings on the date already fixed i.e.
03.12.2022.
