File taken up today as 30.10.24, 31.10.24, 01.11.24, 02.11.24 and
03.11.24 were declared holidays on account of Diwali, Local
Holidays, Goverdhan Puja, Bhai Duj (Sunday).
Today I am also looking after the work of Ld. Link MM.
Present: None.
Vide circular no.NDBA/2024/6355, the lawyers are
abstaining from judicial work. Accordingly, no adverse orders are
being passed today.
Previous process issued to accused not received
back. No postal tracking report has been filed by the
complainant.
Issue fresh summons to the accused through all
permissible modes on filing of PF/RC/AD/speed post returnable
on 17.03.2025.
PF be filed within 30 days from today.
The complainant is at liberty to serve the summons
alongwith the copy of complaint to the accused person through
regd. post / speed post or any other authorized courier service
and place internet tracking postal receipt of the same before this
court by NDOH.
In case of refusal, non-availability or premises of the
accused is found locked, summons be served by way of
affixation.
