of heavy pendency.
Present: Sh. Gurpreet Singh, Ld. Counsel for complainant with AR.
Ms. Neha Sharma and Sh. Arvind Tyagi, Ld. counsels for the accused with
accused.
Matter is fixed for report on NBWs.
Perusal of the record shows that the previous order sheets have not been
annexed with the file.
Complainant is directed to annex all the previous order sheets with the file.
Ld. counsel for the accused has filed the application for cancellation of NBWs
on behalf of both the accused submitting that on account of the urgent personal problem of
the accused, the accused persons had to visit their native place in Kolkata on the relevant
date. Air Tickets of both the accused have been annexed.
In the light of the submissions made, the NBWs issued stands cancelled
subject to consolidated cost of Rs. 2000/- to be paid to the complainant. Cost stands paid to
the AR of the complainant.
CW-1 cross-examined further cross examination is deferred for verification
of payment made by the accused.
