Ld. counsel for the accused submits that the accused has expired.
Matter has been called twice. However, no one has appeared on behalf of the c
omplainant. Let cost of Rs.500/- be imposed on the complainant to be paid to the DLSA,
PHC, NDD. Receipt of the same be filed on the e-mail ID of the court.
In view of the same, issue court notice on filing of PF within 7 days to the SHO
concerned to verify the factum of death of accused and file a report in this regard by the
NDOH.
SHO concerned is also directed to ensure that the statement of atleast two witnesses
are recorded and the copy of the death certificate if available is also filed with the said
report.
Additionally complainant is also directed to take necessary steps to verify the same
and apprise the court on the NDOH.
Put up for further proceedings on 11.12.2025.
PA is directed to do updation of the case and upload the order as per rules.
