Arguments heard on the point of summoning.
The complainant has been apprised of the requirement to submit the
complete original documents (in physical form) of the case including the dishonoured
cheque, return memo, demand notice, dispatch receipt, service of proof, reply, if any etc.
apart from physical signed original complaint, its supporting affidavit and attested
affidavit of pre-summoning evidence with the Ahlmad of this Court. Deposit of these
documents being pre-requisite for taking cognizance in the present case. The complainant
is directed to submit the mandatory Meta-Data form which is available on the website of
