not be procured on account of a personal difficulty of AR.
At request, last and final opportunity is granted to take steps positively by the
NDOH.

Matter has been taken up twice, however, no one has appeared on behalf of
accused.
NBWs be issued against the accused no.2 and 3 on filing of PF within 07
days from today. Process be executed through SHO concerned.
Notice be also issued to both the sureties to appear and showcause why his
bonds shall not be forfeited.
Put up for report/ appearance of accused and suerty and further proceedings on
08.12.2023. In view of the changed circumstances, next date already fixed i.e. 17.11.2023
stands cancelled.
