The matter is listed for framing of notice against accused
no.3 and 5.
Medical certificate in terms of previous order filed on
behalf of accused no.3.
Accused no.3 and 5 not present in person for framing of
notice. Both the accused persons are directed to be present physically on
NDOH, failure of which warrants shall be issued against them.
NBWs 	issued 	against 	accused 	no.5 	on 	14.05.2025 	are
stayed till NDOH.

order, the notice of revision petition has been issued to the complainant
(respondent no.1 before the Ld. Sessions Court). The notice has also been
given dasti to the counsel to be served upon the complainant during the
hearing before the trial court today i.e. 20.08.2025.
Considering the said order, the counsel for the accused is
allowed to serve the notice of petition upon the complainant.
The details of the petition alongwith the complete set of
documents be supplied to the complainant.
Copy of this order be given dasti as prayed for.
