Present: Sh. Kuber Giri, Counsel for complainant alongwith AR.
Sh. Mukesh Chandrekar, Counsel for the accused no.2, 3
& 4.
Accused no. 2 present in person.
Accused no. 3 & 4 present (through VC).
Fresh vakalatnama has been filed by the counsel for
accused persons. Same is taken on record.
Counsel for accused submits that he has received the
copy of complaint alongwith documents.
Considering the overall facts and circumstances of the
case, accused persons are admitted to Court bail on furnishing of bail
bond in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- with one surety of like amount.
Personal bonds furnished qua accused no.2. Same are considered and
accepted till NDOH only. Surety bonds to be positively furnished by
NDOH.
Time sought to furnish bail bonds qua accused no. 3 & 4.
Heard. Allowed.
Tracking report filed qua accused no.5 alongwith original
postal receipt as per which she has refused to take the summons.

Refusal is deemed service in the eyes of law.
In view of the same, issue BWs against the accused no.5
in sum of Rs. 20,000/- with one surety of the like amount, through
SHO concerned on filing of PF within 10 days from today.
Put up for framing of notice / furnishing of surety bonds
by accused no.2, 3 & 4 / appearance of accused no. 5 on 22.02.2025.
