Present: Sh. Satyam Arora, Ld. counsel for the complainant.
Sh. Gurpreet Singh, Ld. counsel for the accused along with accused.
Matter is fixed for appearance of accused.
Ld. counsel for the accused undertakes to file his vakalatnama and bail bonds
during the course of the day.
Accused is directed to file personal bonds and surety bonds in sum of
Rs.40,000/- each. Surety to appear on the NDOH.
Since the present offence is bailable in nature, the accused is admitted to bail
subject to furnishing of bail bonds.
Ld. counsel for the accused further submits that he has received copy of
complaint and annexed documents.
At this stage, bail bonds received on the e-mail ID of the court. Same be taken
on record.
Mr. Priyansh Rashtra Vardhan has stood as surety for the accused. Surety
documents perused and accepted.
Put up for compliance, exploring the possibility of settlment/framing of notice
and further proceedings on 24.09.2024.
PA is directed to do updation of the case and upload the order as per rules.
