Offence being bailable in nature accused is admitted to Court bail,
subject to furnishing bail bond/ surety bond in sum of Rs 50,000/- with one surety of
like amount. Personal bonds along with proper bonds be furnished on the NDOH.
Accused submits that she has received the copy of the complaint along
with other supporting documents.
Put up for appearance of accused/furnishing of surety bonds and framing
of notice on 22.01.2024.
Both the parties are directed to appear physically at PHC, New Delhi on
the NDOH.

deliberately/intentionally not appearing before this court.
Accordingly, issue non-bailable warrants against the accused
through SHO concerned subject to filing of PF within 07 days by the
complainant.
The concerned SHO is directed to effect the service of the warrants
positively.
Copy of this order be sent to the concerned SHO through Naib Court
Concerned.
Renotify for report on NBWs/appearance of accused/framing of

Perusal of the tracking report shows that summons are duly served on the
accused as the accused has refused to accept the summons. Despite service none

Accordingly, issue bailable warrants against the accused in sum of
Rs. 10,000/- with one surety of like amount on filing of PF, through SHO
concerned, for the NDOH.
