Office Order No. 1/RG/DHC/2022 dated 12.01.2022 issued
by Hon’ble High Court of Delhi due to rise in Covid Cases.
Proceedings conducted through video conferencing
via Cisco Webex. It is certified that there was no issue of
audio-video connectivity.
Present: Ms. Visihika Vig, Ld. Counsel for the Complainant.
Physical files are yet to be submitted. In view of the
above captioned order the submission of the physical files are
presently not insisted upon in order to ensure the safety of court
staff , litigants and Bar members. Awaiting further guidelines
