Order Details: COPY OF JUDICIAL PROCEEDINGS Pdf Text: CC No.13201-2024 Vijay Singh Vs. Atul Tandon 15.05.2025 Matter is taken up today on an application for cancellation of BW moved by the accused. Present: Mr. Tauheed counsel for accused alongwith accujsed. An application for cancellation of BWs has been received on the ground that the accused had join the VC proceedings of the court belatedly and resultantly BWs were issued against him. Submissions heard and record perused. Accused undertakes that he shall appear on each and every date in future. Ld. counsel also gives his undertaking to let the accused appear on each and every date in future. Heard. Taking a lenient view in the present matter and in view of the submissions made, BWs issued against the accused Atul Tandon are hereby cancelled. Accused is directed to file personal bonds in the sum of Rs. 30,000/- forthwith. Accused undertakes to file surety bonds in the same amount by NDOH. Surety to appear on NDOH. Let copy of this order be also sent to concerned SHO for intimation and compliance and SHO is also directed to return the process to the court. Dasti allowed. Put up for purpose fixed on the date already fixed i.e. 20.08.2025. PA is directed to do updation of the case and upload the order as per rules.
