Sh. Hitesh Solanki, Ld. counsel for the accused along with accused.
Matter is fixed for appearance of accused.
Ld. counsel for the accused submits that he is newly engaged in the present
matter and undertakes to file his vakalatnama during the course of the day.
Accused is directed to file personal bonds and surety bonds in sum of
Rs.40,000/- each. Surety to appear on the NDOH.
Since the present offence is bailable in nature, the accused is admitted to bail
subject to furnishing of personal bonds.
At this stage, bail bonds received on the e-mail ID of the court. Same be taken
on record.
Mr. Narender Singh has stood as surety for the accused. Surety documents
perused and accepted.
Ld. counsel for the accused further submits that he has not received copy of
complaint and annexed documents.
Ld. counsel for the complainant is directed to do the needful forthwith on the

Put up for compliance, exploring the possibility of settlment/framing of notice
and further proceedings on 19.12.2024.
