Ld. counsel for the complainant submits thathe has filed the tracking report of the
delivery of the summons on the e-mail ID of the court. Same be taken on record.

Perusal of the tracking report shows that summons are unserved on the accused. The
Ld. counsel for the complainant has also filed the whatsapp screenshot of the delivery of the summons
on the email ID of the court. He requests for sometime to file the appropriate affidavit in this regard.
Fresh summons be issued in terms of the last order through all modes upon filing of
PF within 07 days. Complainant is at liberty to get the service of the summons done at his end also
through all permissible modes. Dasti summons allowed.
