None for proposed accused.
Ld. counsel for the complainant has filed an application for condonation of
delay on the e-mail ID of the court. Same be taken on record.
Notice of the application be issued to the proposed accused. Proposed accused
is directed to appear in person/through counsel on the NDOH. He is at liberty to file a reply
to the application of complainant. In case the proposed accused fails to appear, the
application shall be decided on merits.
Complainant is directed to file a copy of the said application with the Ahlmad
of court within 3 days from today along with PF. Complainant is at liberty to get the service
of the notice done at his end also through all permissible modes. Dasti notice allowed.
Put up for report/appearance of proposed accused and arguments on
application on 09.07.2024.
PA is directed to do updation of the case and upload the order as per rules.
